IILA’s expertise in its thematic areas form the basis of its engagement with Counties. The following comprises areas of possible engagements:

• Assist Counties and institutions conduct capacity assessment on ability to develop legislations and policies

• Provide policy directions and advice on structures and framework to enhance effectiveness to develop and implement policies and legislations.

• Provide technical advice on policy and legislation development including capacity building to enhance policy and legislative development, research services, monitoring and evaluation

• Develop and draft policies and legislations
